LOOKING FOR STAFF TO WORK IN: Bushnell, Marion Oaks, The Villages, Wildwood, Lady Lake, and/or surrounding areas.
What You’ll Do:
Your primary goal is to empower our consumers to live their most independent and fulfilling lives.
- Support Daily Living: Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and maintaining a clean, safe home environment.
- Goal Achievement: Work one-on-one with individuals to identify and reach their personal milestones, whether that’s learning a new hobby or learning how to master a household task independently.
- Life Skills Support: Assist with and discuss essential skills like budgeting, grocery shopping, and using public transportation.
- Community Engagement: Accompany and support individuals during social outings, volunteer opportunities, and community events.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of progress toward goals and daily health notes.

Must be able to pass a level 2 background requirement.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
