XPT Sales Associate
Location: DFW
Position Summary
The XPT Sales Associate is responsible for supporting car wash sales operations while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. This role assists customers with car wash purchases, ensures safe operational flow, and helps maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the car wash facility.
The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, safety awareness, and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations

Process customer sales and transactions accurately using company POS systems.

Assist customers with selecting car wash packages and service options.

Provide accurate information regarding pricing, promotions, and services offered.

Maintain awareness of cash handling procedures and transaction accuracy throughout the shift.

Support operational sales goals through positive customer interaction and service.
Car Wash Operations

Ensure a safe environment for customers, employees, and vehicles throughout operations.

Monitor vehicle flow and assist with directing customers as needed.

Follow company operational and safety procedures related to vehicle movement and car wash operations.

Communicate operational concerns or safety hazards to management promptly.
Customer Service

Deliver Tier 1 (T1) customer experience standards through fast, friendly, and professional service.

Greet customers warmly and maintain positive customer engagement throughout the service experience.

Provide professional and friendly farewells to ensure a positive guest experience.

Assist customers with questions, concerns, or service issues and escalate situations when necessary.

Represent the Fuel City brand with professionalism and positivity at all times.
Facility Equipment Management

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Ensure tunnel and site appearance standards are consistently maintained.

Perform routine cleaning and organization of customer areas, equipment areas, and workstations.

Monitor site conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns to management.

Assist with maintaining operational readiness of supplies and equipment throughout the shift.
Requirements
Previous sales, customer service, retail, or car wash experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic cash handling and POS system experience preferred.
Ability to follow operational and safety procedures consistently.
Ability to multitask while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain physically active throughout scheduled shifts.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry operational supplies and equipment as needed.
Pay Range: $11.00-16.00/hour depending on shift and experience
