Tiny City Academy is seeking an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead and support curriculum implementation across all classrooms.
The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in the STREAMin3 curriculum, be STREAMin3 certified or fully trained, and have experience coaching and mentoring early childhood educators.
Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent implementation of the STREAMin3 curriculum throughout the center.
- Spend at least 70% of work time in classrooms providing coaching, modeling, observations, and hands-on support to teaching staff.
- Train new and existing teachers on curriculum implementation and best teaching practices.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to improve instructional quality.
- Support lesson planning, child assessments, and classroom documentation.
- Ensure classrooms maintain developmentally appropriate practices and comply with licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve program quality and educational outcomes.
- Assist with onboarding, professional development, and ongoing staff training.
Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education required.
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Must be STREAMin3 certified or fully trained.
- Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
- Experience coaching, training, and supporting teachers.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
