We’re hiring a motivated and reliable individual to join our Repair Crew. This role is hands-on residential construction and wood-destroying organism (WDO) repairs. Year-round work, a solid team.
As a Repair Crew Member, you’ll both support and take lead on structural repairs, general carpentry, and all tasks related to termite/WDO remediation.
Responsibilities:
- Structural and cosmetic wood repair (fascia, eaves, siding, trim, decks, stairs, doors).
- Rough carpentry and light finish work.
- General labor and demolition related to termite/WDO repairs.
- Work in varied environments including attics, sub-areas, and under decks.
- Support and following instructions, setting up job sites, and maintaining workflow.
- Organize materials for projects.
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and ensure tools are cleaned and stored properly each day.
- Review job paperwork and communicate with your Crew Lead or Inspector as needed.
- Represent the company professionally on site, wearing clean company apparel.
- Stay productive throughout the workday and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
- Must be 21+ years old.
- Able to lift at least 40 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to the office each morning.
- Strong work ethic, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Must be punctual every day.
- Clean driving record (for those eligible to drive company vehicles in the future).
- Willing to work occasional Saturdays or overtime when required.
- Comfortable working in tight spaces on rare occasion (attics, crawlspaces).
- 2+ years WDO repair or termite remediation experience preferred.
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
