We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will craft memorable experiences for guests by mixing drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
<Duties>
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate transactions
- Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed for seamless service
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, food safety protocols, and responsible serving practices in both nightclub and banquet settings
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere that enhances guest experience in various hospitality environments
<Qualifications>
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and sales transactions accurately
- Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus; retail math skills are beneficial
- Hospitality or beverage industry background preferred; brewing knowledge is a bonus
