Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team for a scheduled shift from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for our residents or guests. As a housekeeper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and sanitation tasks with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper care techniques like carpet cleaning and floor care procedures
- Ensure all areas meet sanitation standards by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to residents’ or guests’ requests and inquiries
- Follow established janitorial procedures to uphold safety and cleanliness protocols
- Manage supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low to ensure continuous service
Experience
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred, especially in residential or hotel settings
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices
- Experience with laundry operations and handling various cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards and procedures is advantageous
- Background in housekeeping management or supervisory roles is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
