Seeking polished and motivated Licensed Insurance Producer.
- Active Property & Casualty General Lines in Texas - Farmers Preferred
- Personal Lines experience as well as Commercial is preferred
- Life & Health Licenses with Life Insurance sales experience is preferred
Duties
- Actively pursue new business opportunities through lead sources, outside sales efforts, including community outreach and networking
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Analyzing client needs thoroughly and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Manage sales administration tasks such as quoting, policy issuance, and documentation processing
- Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction
- Deep understanding of property casualty insurance products and regulations
- Effective marketing skills to promote insurance solutions across various channels
- Must have strong follow up skills while building long-term relationships
