At Linwood Center, our Residential Assistants play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a home setting. What You’ll Do

Support individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and routines
- Assist with household tasks, organization, and maintaining a safe environment
- Facilitate social, recreational, and community activities
- Provide transportation to appointments and outings
- Support individuals in achieving personal goals and independence
- Maintain documentation and communicate with the care team
Training & Support

We provide CPR / First Aid certification
- We provide MANDT training
- Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors
What You Bring
-
High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license required
- Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others
- Knowledge of Autism and Behavioral Interventions (Preferred)

Computer data entry skills
- Effective writing, grammar and communication skills
- Skills needed to be trainable
