What You'll Do
- Greet every customer with a smile
- Upsell products and help answer questions
- Take orders accurately using our POS system
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, tea and specialty beverages
- Take preorders accurately and communicate to team
- Serve donuts and prepare drinks and fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean, organized front counter and back of house
- Restock products throughout the day
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Learn our menu and confidently recommend products
- Work efficiently during busy rushes while staying friendly
- Help with opening and closing duties
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

Previous barista, restaurant, bakery or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person. Customer service, reliability, teamwork, cleanliness, and food safety are among the most valuable skills for successful baristas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Washington Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain before starting)
- Ability to stand for 6–8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
- Fluent English communication

Pay: $21.30 - $25.00 per hour
