Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Pest Control & Termite Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver effective pest and termite treatments while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Your expertise will help protect homes and businesses from pests using integrated pest management strategies, chemical agents, and proper handling procedures. We also offer commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest control and termite treatments using appropriate chemical agents while adhering to pesticide management and chemical handling protocols
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and determine treatment plans
- Educate customers on pest prevention techniques, including integrated pest management practices
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and safety compliance
- Drive company vehicle responsibly while adhering to all driving safety regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, is preferred not necessary.
- Familiarity with confined space entry safety procedures, ladder safety procedures, respiratory protection and pesticide management is preferred not necessary.
- Ability to handle chemical agents safely and responsibly in accordance with industry standards
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively about pest prevention measures

Pay: $39,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
