This is a position for a Pond Techs- No Pond building or Pond Service skills required, we will train you. Must enjoy working outdoors. Must have Common Sense and be able to figure out next steps to a problem.
Must be able to lift 75 lbs. plus.
The person in this position will meet our team at our equipment yard at the beginning of the shift daily. You get to enjoy the Front Range as your workspace.
We provide work trucks and all equipment. We provide all training in this field.
We are looking for individuals (guys and gals) with a good work ethic and good physical stamina.
Skills in customer service and problem-solving are very important. Must have a valid driver’s license, no DUI, and a smartphone.
This is an active job and if you enjoy the physical challenges of working outside, this will be a good fit for you.

Job Details:
- -Full-time position - We are on 4/10 hour days Monday - Thursday 7am to 5:30pm. Weather permitting and adjusted.
- -Working with client relations, sales team, schedulers, and pond build crews to meet company objectives and goals.
- -Position includes creating ecosystem ponds, waterfalls, driving trucks and trailers, and operating equipment.
- -Opportunities to grow as an artisan builder, leadership, and maybe a little personally too.
- -Overtime available during peak season. Time and 1/2 on Fridays!!
Qualifications & Nice to Haves:

-Knowledgeable regarding equipment, truck & trailer skills
-Ability of safe lifting techniques and basic understanding or operating procedures
-Familiar with elements to build ponds
- Four Day Work Week - Crushing it this week, you can have a 3 day weekend.
- Sick time - Day one of employment, start banking that sick time. Use it whenever you need it. Don’t tell anyone but you don’t even need to be sick to use it.
