COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Compensation based on a percentage of gross profit with a guaranteed base pay
- Typical annual earnings between $48,000–$150,000+
- Equivalent to approximately $40–$55 per flat-rate hour
- Five-day work week — NO WEEKENDS
- Monday–Friday, 7:40 AM–5:00 PM
- Closed most major holidays, including Black Friday
- Paid continued education and ASE certifications

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience (working on your own vehicles does not count)
- Must own basic tools, toolbox, tool cart, and air/electric tools
- Ability to diagnose and understand automotive systems, wiring diagrams, and flow charts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented attitude with a desire to serve customers well
