Job Title: CAD Land Survey Technician

Job Description
We are seeking a CAD Land Survey Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing survey drawings and working with land surveying data using AutoCAD and Carlson Software. This role requires accuracy, strong technical skills, and the ability to complete projects independently while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit land survey drawings using AutoCAD and Carlson Software.
- Read and interpret construction plans, plats, and survey documents.
- Perform accurate calculations and drafting for land surveying projects.
- Complete assigned projects independently or with minimal supervision.
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and within project deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to support surveying and drafting needs.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience with Carlson Software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and plats.
- Strong computational and mathematical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–10 years of CAD drafting experience in land surveying.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience mentoring or assisting junior team members.
Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
