Greenway Hyundai Orlando is actively seeking an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing service department. We are looking for a motivated professional who can build strong customer relationships, communicate effectively, and help drive service department performance.
Compensation: $65,000–$135,000+ annually, based on experience, performance, commissions, customer satisfaction, and other qualifying factors.
Hyundai or dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs
- Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
- Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended services to customers
- Coordinate repairs with technicians and monitor repair progress
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
- Review completed work and explain repairs and recommendations
- Maintain accurate repair orders and customer records
- Follow up with customers to promote satisfaction and repeat business
- Meet or exceed service department goals and customer satisfaction expectations
Qualifications
- Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- Hyundai dealership experience preferred
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and automotive software skills
- Valid driver's license required
