American Traveler is seeking a credentialed Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week day shift travel assignment in a Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit, with experience required and first-time travelers considered.

Respiratory/Neuro Diagnostics unit at an acute care medical center
-
Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Every other weekend coverage required

Epic EMR experience preferred

Active RRT credential and valid state respiratory therapy license (license required if applicable)

Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required

Experienced RT required; new graduates will not be considered

First-time travelers will be considered provided they meet all experience requirements

Candidates must reside 65+ miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed and discussed during the interview process

Upon assignment start, the unit manager may designate travelers to an Emergency Team, which may require remaining at the facility during or after an emergency event or serving on a relief team

Candidates who are not comfortable with potential emergency response obligations should not apply for this position
