Lead Painter / Painter (Part-Time | Opportunity for Full-Time)
We are looking for a dependable, skilled Lead Painter/Painter to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to become full-time as our workload continues to grow.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can work independently, take ownership of job sites, and deliver high-quality workmanship on both residential and commercial painting projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
- Work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Manage assigned job sites from start to finish, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
- Previous professional painting experience required.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the job.
- Experience managing job sites and leading projects is preferred.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial painting techniques.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Experience
- Professional Painting: 2+ years preferred
- Job Site Management: 1+ year preferred
