We are seeking a HVAC Technician who lives in the Houston area.
You will be responsible for providing great customer satisfaction to our customers within the designated geographic area which is Houston.
The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires a thorough understanding of schematics and design principles related to HVAC/ systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring our customers hvac equipment is working efficiently and that their concerns have been resolved.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand system layouts.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment and appliances.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
- Collaborate with other technicians and field service personnel to complete projects efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to HVAC/R systems.
Requirements
- We require you to attend our Tuesday Technician team meeting headquartered in Houston weekly.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and appliance repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a mechanical aptitude.
- Valid driver's license
- Certification or licensing in HVAC
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Being bilingual is a plus English/Spanish
- Company Truck & gas card provided after 1 month of employment (we do give gas reiumbursment)
This is not an hourly paid position
