We’re looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team—someone who loves keeping things running smoothly and making guests feel right at home, even in the quiet hours.
Why This Role Matters:
Night Audit is the most important part of the day! You’ll be the one who sets the tone and prepares the team for success each morning. From taking note of guest’s special requests to brewing the first pot of coffee, your work ensures everything runs seamlessly for our guests and our staff.
What You’ll Do:
- Warmly welcome late-night guests and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with a smile
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, safe, and inviting
- Restock inventory and supplies daily to maintain a prepared and efficient work environment
- Assist with setting up breakfast each morning to ensure a great start for our guests
- Monitor the property for safety and security during overnight hours
- Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance and management to support a smooth morning handoff
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with basic computer systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Prior hotel or front desk experience is helpful—but we’ll train the right person!
