Lake Country Dairy is an award winning Hard Italian & Alpine Cheese manufacturing plant. We are proud to be a part of Wisconsin’s strong tradition of cheese making and our goal is to make the best cheese in the world. We are seeking a Lab Technician to join our team. Our lab techs complete cheese testing, environmental testing, pre-op inspections, internal audits, data entry & analysis. Work is fast paced and independent. Computer proficiency required, but don't worry, you're not stuck at a desk. Work environment is a combination of in the lab and throughout the plant.
SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 6AM-2PM
Note: Our lab runs 24/7. This position will be required to flex hours as needed for time off coverage.
