The primary responsibilities of this position are to manage the day-to-day operations of the Playa Beer Pavilion, while providing coaching and development to all personnel. Must have operational experience within the Alcohol serving industry and proven management experience. Should have sound client awareness and commercial judgment, as well as a positive and sensitive approach to the needs of others. Must have excellent decision-making skills, interpersonal skills, time-management and administration skills, and a good understanding of IT systems.
Compensation will be $129.87/day.
