Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across various vehicle systems.
- Repair and maintain powertrain components, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrain systems.
- Conduct vehicle suspension system repairs and wheel alignments to ensure safety and optimal handling.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics accurately to troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems such as ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) and automotive electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs efficiently.
- Service vehicle maintenance needs including oil changes, brake inspections, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Diagnose complex issues related to vehicle transmission systems, diesel engines, and other mechanical components with precision.
- Maintain detailed repair records, complete auto estimating tasks accurately, and communicate effectively with customers about repair needs and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair.
- Familiarity with schematics interpretation, automotive wiring diagrams, and electrical system troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with snap on scanners, ac equipment and alignments.
- Mechanical knowledge of powertrain components, vehicle suspension systems, transmissions, Electrical repair and engine repair.
- Proficiency using automotive diagnostic tools along with a solid understanding of vehicle systems maintenance.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
- Must have Pa Drivers License, state and emission certification
- Serious inquiries ONLY must have own real tools & box

Pay: $25.00 - $29.50 per hour
