The Role
We're hiring an experienced SAT tutor to lead small-group prep sessions (4–5 students) . This is a part-time, remote position ideal for someone who loves SAT prep, thrives in a structured teaching environment, and has the track record to prove it.
Compensation
$65/hour | Groups of 4–5 students
What You'll Do
- Lead 60-minute Digital SAT group sessions with 4–5 students per group
- Follow and execute our tiered curriculum (we provide it — you bring the expertise)
- Create a high-energy, collaborative environment where students actively engage with each other — not just with you
- Track student progress through error logs and diagnostic assessments
- Communicate clearly with the Beyond Numbers team on student performance
What We Require
- Scored 1500+ on the SAT (must be verifiable)
- Currently enrolled in or graduated from a top-30 university
- Minimum 2 years of SAT tutoring experience — group settings preferred
- Proven results: you must be able to share case studies or documented score improvements from past students
- Strong command of the Digital SAT format (Bluebook, adaptive modules, Desmos)
- Ability to build and execute a results-delivering curriculum in a group setting
- Weekend availability: at least 10 hours per weekend, ideally after 3:00 PM EST
Who You Are
You're not the type to lecture at a whiteboard for 60 minutes. You bring energy into every session, you know how to get students talking to each other — debating answers, explaining their reasoning, holding each other accountable — and you make test prep feel less like a chore and more like a challenge worth showing up for. Students leave your sessions sharper and more confident than when they walked in.
