Responsibilities

- Operate pizza ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to achieve optimal cooking results
- Maintain food safety standards by practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza varieties or improvements based on customer preferences and industry trends
- Support food preparation activities for catering events or special orders as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold a positive dining atmosphere
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is highly desirable
- Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus
- Proven skills in food handling, knife skills, meal preparation, and food safety protocols
- Fine dining or culinary experience enhances your ability to craft high-quality pizzas with finesse
- Familiarity with the food industry, kitchen operations, and food service standards is advantageous
