Transitional Spaces is Northern Nevada’s premier move-in concierge company specializing in professional unpacking, home organization, and interior styling. We help our clients settle into their homes quickly and stress-free while delivering exceptional customer service and a white-glove experience.
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Unpacking & Organization Specialist to join our growing team.
This is much more than unpacking boxes. You’ll help create organized, functional, and welcoming homes while providing exceptional customer service during one of life’s biggest transitions.
Every day is different, and every project gives you the opportunity to create spaces that bring peace and joy to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Professionally unpack household belongings
- Organize kitchens, pantries, closets, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
- Style homes using the client’s existing décor
- Label and organize storage systems
- Assemble basic household items when needed
- Break down and remove empty boxes and packing materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Handle clients’ belongings with care and respect
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every job
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for organization and home styling
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality
Preferred Experience
Experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:
- Professional organizing
- Interior decorating or home staging
- Customer service
- Hospitality
- Retail merchandising
- Housekeeping
- Moving services
- Event setup
- Personal assisting
Paid training is provided.
