Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination. This role involves overseeing various aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
You'll play a critical role in project execution drawing on your established residential construction experience, and acting as the bridge between the office, field, vendors, and homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Launch projects with accurate initial plans and schedules
- Work with project teams, subcontractors, vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout all project phases.
- Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety protocols; address issues promptly to minimize delays.
- Maintain accurate logs, RFIs, site photos, and change order documentation in our project management software.
- Act as a point of contact with our clients, securing approvals and providing regular updates on selections, scheduling, and progress.
- Generate punch lists and ensure job closeout within 10 days of final inspection.
- facilitate effective communication across all levels of the project team.
Requirements
- Must have experience in residential construction management
- Understanding of residential remodeling and construction workflows
- Proficiency in Blueprint reading and interpreting schematics
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of construction site operations and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
