```Duties:```
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure efficient and effective operations, including food service, catering, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff members to provide exceptional service
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement best practices

- Previous experience in hospitality management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of food service regulations and safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Skills:
- Banquet management experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff members.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus.
