The primary role of the physical therapy techincian (aide) is to assist the physical therapists with preparation and administration of treatments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Prepares the treatment area for patients and assist the PT in the patient treatment session. This includes assisting patients through their exercise programs, administering treatments such as hot/cold packs, and modalities such as Ultrasound & Electrical stimulation.
-Clean various clinic equipment, wash/fold linens/towels, and assist with general clinical maintenance duties
-Answers phones and assists administrative staff in taking down intake information and scheduling patients
Job Type: Part-time or Full-time
Pay: $17-$19 per hour depending on experience
