We're seeking General Dentists for a Full-Time Gov Contract Position at Davis Monthan Air Force Base (4175 S. Alamo Ave, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707) to provide dental care Gov Base personnel & family members from Mon-Fri. Job details provided below:
POSITION DETAILS:
- LOCATION: Davis Monthan AFB (355 Medical group, 4175 S. Alamo Ave, Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ 85707)
- SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri: 0700-1600 (1-hr Lunch)
- PATIENT POP: Dental services to facility personnel & their family members
- BENEFITS: x11 holidays, 10 PTO days, 56 hours of sick leave
- PAY OPTION #1 (W-2 Option): $98.40/hr + Full Benefits
- PAY OPTION #2 (1099 Option): $116.00/hr + NO BENEFITS
DENTIST JOB REQUIREMENTS: REQUIRED ITEMS
- UPDATED RESUME/CV:Updated resume with recent Dentist work exp
- DMD/DDS DEGREE: Must have cert/diploma/degree identifying program completion of DMD or DDS
- BLS CERT: Active Basic Life Support cert (Issued by AHA or ARC only)
- LICENSURE: Seeking Dentists with current, active, & unrestricted licensure
