Team 8 Cleaning & Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented cleaning technician to join our growing team. This position involves residential and commercial cleaning services throughout the East Valley and Phoenix area. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning results.
Team members will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in clients’ homes and businesses while providing excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow instructions carefully, and contribute positively to a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning services
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, and detailed cleaning
- Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
- Work efficiently individually and with a team
- Maintain professionalism and positive customer service
- Handle cleaning supplies and equipment properly
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 25–35 lbs
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
