The Santa Fe Teahouse is under new ownership and is seeking exceptional candidates to join our service team. The Santa Fe Teahouse, located on Canyon Rd in Santa Fe, NM, is a breakfast & brunch bistro serving casual American fare with full tea & espresso menus. We are searching for friendly, energetic, highly motivated individuals who will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Server positions are available.
- Previous experience not required; training provided from the outset.
- Competitive compensation ave. $150-300 a shift! Compensation is comprised of a fixed hourly rate of $4.38 per hour plus tips/gratuities. Part-time and full-time positions available. Weekend availability may be required.
- Shifts average 6-8 hours. Operating hours are 8:00-3:00 Wednesday-Sunday

Responsibilities include, but are not limit to:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items
- Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy
- Input orders & process payments into Aloha, POS system.
- Deliver food & beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent customer service by regularly checking on tables
- Pre buss tables to ensure a great customer service experience
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and baristas to ensure exceptional service
- Accurately close guest checks and processing cash & credit card payments.
- Develop & maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals.
