Candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales
- The ability to work deals from A to Z
- Ability to train, motivate and retain a successful sales team
- Manage used car inventory and develop strategies to increase unit sales
- Must have solid supervisory skills
- Ability to work with other departments efficiently
- Verifiable track records of excellence and team building
- Wholesale Knowledge required

Experience: To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Proven Automotive sales record.
- Experience in Management: 3 years preferred
