We are currently hiring for floor care assistants and air duct cleaning assistants. This is a ground floor opportunity to learn the industry and potentially advance further in the company.
Floor care assistants aid in working on all types of floors, from carpet to hardwoods, tile and all types of stone. The process includes cleaning and restoring floors to almost brand-new quality. All processes must follow IICRC guidelines.
Our air duct assistants aid in providing visual inspections, deep cleaning and help restore healthy indoor air quality to homes or businesses. All processes must follow NADCA guidelines.

Responsibilities
- Assist in daily service route.
- Aid in the cleaning, restoration and basic maintenance of equipment.
- Assess in educating the customer on all products and services.
- Learn to identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Help build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Learn how to provide accurate, valid and complete services by using the right methods/tools.
- Effective communication with office and crews.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
Skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
