Description:
The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across a portfolio of multifamily properties, ensuring that communities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This position provides leadership and support to property maintenance teams, monitors service levels and work-order performance, coordinates vendors and contractors, and ensures preventive maintenance and property standards are consistently maintained.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires regular travel between assigned communities and close collaboration with Property Managers, Regional Managers, vendors, and the corporate team.

Oversee and support maintenance teams across multiple multifamily properties, providing leadership, training, coaching, and performance management.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance, safety, curb appeal, and operational concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Monitor work orders, make-readies, emergency requests, and preventive maintenance to ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, and within established service standards.

Ensure maintenance teams follow company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and best practices.

Troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and provide guidance to Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians when additional expertise is needed.

Coordinate and manage outside vendors and contractors, including obtaining estimates, scheduling work, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality completion.

Assist with capital improvement projects, major repairs, renovations, and property improvement initiatives.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce emergency repairs and extend the life of building systems and equipment.

Partner with Property Managers and Regional Managers to address property needs, resident concerns, and recurring maintenance issues.

Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of maintenance personnel.

Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies and provide support during critical situations as needed.

Travel regularly between assigned properties and provide hands-on support where needed.

Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

HVAC Certification preferred, but not required.
