Northeast Florida Health Services, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) for our Deltona location to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in our community health centers.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, inclusive of all functions necessary to provide quality primary care.

Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within primary care.

Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary medical practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.

Perform within their professional boundaries.

Serve as an educational preceptor for the clinical staff including respond to questions/consultations of the staff, plan and teach in-services, follow medical protocols, handouts and clinical standards, assist in expanding the competencies of the clinical staff.

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).

May provide pediatric care coverage as needed, based on experience and clinic needs.

Occasional travel between clinic sites may be required.
Qualifications:
-
Graduate of an accredited Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) program

Current, unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in the State of Florida

Eligible for autonomous practice under state scope-of-practice regulations

Eligible for or currently holding national board certification in Family and Primary Care (FNP)

Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred, as applicable

Maintain active DEA Registration, if applicable

Meet all requirements for credentialing and privileging
