Tallavera is seeking an experienced Night RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight during the overnight shift. This position plays a vital role in supporting nursing staff, ensuring exceptional resident care, and maintaining a safe, high-quality care environment throughout the facility.

Responsibilities
As the Night RN Supervisor, you will:
- Provide clinical oversight for nursing operations during the overnight shift.
- Assess residents and coordinate timely interventions for changes in condition.
- Support and mentor nursing staff while serving as the clinical resource for the shift.
- Conduct rounds to ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate with physicians, residents' families, and nursing leadership regarding significant changes in resident status.
- Review staffing needs and adjust assignments based on resident acuity.
- Respond to emergencies and serve as the facility's Incident Commander when necessary.
- Investigate incidents, complete required documentation, and implement follow-up actions.
- Coach, evaluate, and support nursing staff while promoting a positive team culture.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, leadership meetings, and staff education.
- Ensure effective communication during shift handoff and maintain accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate degree in Nursing, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience.
- Excellent clinical assessment, leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and assist residents throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely lift and transfer up to 51 pounds.
- Ability to respond quickly to resident and facility emergencies.
