About the Job
The Branch Manager oversees the daily operations and overall performance of the branch, including direct leadership of both office and field teams. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, customer satisfaction, and branch profitability. The Branch Manager may also serve as an Estimator or Project Team Leader on large losses while supporting broader operational needs.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and hold field and office teams accountable to performance goals
- Oversee branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all projects
- Manage staffing, equipment, and resources to maintain production capacity
- Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) for Estimators and Project Team Leaders
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
- Review and approve job costing and billing in a timely manner
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development
- Partner with senior leadership to address challenges and drive branch growth
- Maintain overall branch facility operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in operations, production, or management
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience managing budgets and performance metrics
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $200,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year
