Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation and Software Development Contractor to design, build, and continuously improve the systems that power our practice.
We are looking for someone who can understand workflows and rapidly build solutions using modern AI tools, automation platforms, dashboards, and custom applications.
What You'll Do
Examples of projects include:
- Build AI-powered workflows that reduce administrative work
- Create custom internal applications and dashboards for physicians and staff
- Connect software platforms using APIs and webhooks
- Develop reporting dashboards that track business and clinical metrics
Requirements
- Experience working in a HIPAA compliant software environment
- Available for occasional in-person meetings/ time working from the office
- Demonstrated portfolio of automations, dashboards, apps, or AI implementations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong references or examples of previous work
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and based on experience, expertise, and project scope. Product delivery is what we care about, rather than time spent, so we will pay on a project basis.
This is a flexible independent contractor position with the opportunity for an ongoing relationship as our business further develops.
