Scenic Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team on night shift. As a Night Shift RN, you'll provide exceptional resident care, administer medications and treatments, collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate care throughout the night.

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders
Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
Monitor resident health status and respond appropriately to clinical needs
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Collaborate with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Assist with resident care planning and implementation
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and regulations
Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (Required)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred, but not required
Consistent 12-hour night shift schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM)
