Job Overview
- Responsible for testing and troubleshooting to component level
- Responsible for assisting production staff with assembly of units, as needed
- All other duties assigned as needed
Essential Job Functions
- Assembly of Medical Equipment
- Follows detailed instructions and procedures to conduct functional tests to evaluate electronic assemblies
- Reads and interprets schematic, assembly, and wiring diagrams
- Follow established SOP’s, engineering drawings and protocols
- Troubleshoots and repairs electronic assemblies to the component level
- Maintains accurate job tracking records
- Conducts functional tests on electronic assemblies
- Analyzes and interprets test data
- Assist production, as needed, to meet daily shipping goals
- Excellent soldering skills
- SMT Automation
- Attention to detail
- Able to work individually with minimal supervision or as a member of the team
- Uses time wisely, a sense of urgency is a must
- Able to work overtime
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent
- Minimum two years in electronics manufacturing and mechanical assembly
- Ability to use hand tools for troubleshooting and repair
- Familiarity with modern test equipment
- Ability to read electronic wiring diagrams and schematics
- Soldering, assembly & disassembly and repair of electronic assemblies
- MS Office proficient
