As a Medical Assistant with Prosano Health Solutions, a subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, you will be a key contributor to our first-class care team. In this role, you’ll support patients throughout their visit experience, partner closely with providers, and help ensure our care center runs smoothly, efficiently, and with compassion.

We’re growing our team in Arizona and building a care experience that raises the bar for Advanced Primary Care. You’ll join a group of people who share a passion for doing things differently, delivering excellent care, and creating a patient experience rooted in trust, respect, and empathy.
This position is onsite within the state of AZ only. Residency and work must be performed within the State of Arizona.
We are looking for Medical Assistants who can:
- Build strong rapport with patients and deliver an exceptional care experience
- Prepare patients for their visit by confirming visit details, taking vitals, and updating records
- Support providers with exams, procedures, and treatments
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment and maintain clean, organized clinical spaces
- Manage inventory and ensure exam rooms are appropriately stocked
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
- Contribute to a collaborative environment and support clinic operations as needed
Working hours may include extended hours. This position requires 100% onsite work at the care center location and may involve movement between clinics as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a fast-moving care setting
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow privacy/compliance requirements
- Active Arizona fingerprint clearance card
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Certification requirements (must have or obtain after hire):
- Medical Assistant certification (or completion of an accredited MA program and registration/certification within 6 months of hire)
- Phlebotomy certification (or obtain within 6 months of hire)
- BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire)
