About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Seasonal Screen Printer to join our production team in Vernon/Los Angeles. This is a hands-on role for someone who has experience operating an automatic 6-color screen printing press.
This position is seasonal, with the potential to become full-time or permanent based on performance and business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4+ years of screen printing experience preferred
- Basic understanding of screen printing processes and equipment
- Able to operate or learn to operate a 6-color auto screen print machine
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Vernon, CA
- No formal education requirements – we value experience, skill, and attitude
- Comfortable using computers and production software
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
- Willing to take initiative, lead tasks, and work efficiently in a collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities
- Set up/take down/clean and operate screen printing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure quality control and attention to detail
- Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines
- Assist with basic computer tasks related to print jobs and workflow
- Follow protocols
- Assist with other team members in the warehouse if needed with other tasks
