- Lead multiple light industrial construction projects from inception through completion.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Participate in preconstruction activities including estimating reviews, value engineering, and procurement planning.
- Conduct subcontractor buyout and manage subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project safety, quality control, and compliance requirements.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and company leadership.
- Manage project closeout, punch lists, warranties, and turnover documentation.
