Responsibilities

- Lead and manage nursing teams through effective personnel management, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
- Coordinate staffing schedules and resource allocation to meet patient needs and optimize team productivity.
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost-effective improvements without compromising care quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by fostering instructional leadership in education and encouraging best practices among staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support educational programs, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and implement innovative care strategies aligned with institutional goals.
Experience
- Proven management experience within healthcare settings, ideally with a background in nursing leadership or administration.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, personnel management, and team leadership.
- Experience working in or collaborating with educational institutions or university environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Background in education administration or school administrative director roles is a plus, reflecting skills in instructional leadership and organizational oversight.
