The Shipping Associate is responsible for preparing, verifying, packaging, and shipping finished products while ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the shipping process. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Order Entry, and the Shipping Supervisor to ensure customer orders are shipped on time and without damage.

Count and verify finished assemblies prior to shipment.

Move and transport materials throughout the shipping department.

Prepare packaging materials for use on the production floor.

Record materials used during the shipping process.

Package finished products according to customer and shipping specifications.

Ensure all shipments are prepared accurately and on schedule.

Verify quantities, assembly numbers, and shipping labels before shipment.

Pull, count, verify, and properly label finished assemblies.

Receive and sign for incoming deliveries.

Assist the Shipping Supervisor in resolving shipping discrepancies.

Load packages for shipment.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company quality and safety procedures, including ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions.

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Knowledge of electronic components is preferred but not required.
