DonRique is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Line Cook to join our growing team.
We're seeking someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining consistency, organization, cleanliness, and food quality.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep, service, and closing duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Work efficiently during high-volume service
Requirements:
- Previous line cook experience required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
