Overview
Seeking one PART-TIME employee for Sunday 7a-3p, Monday 11p-7a & Saturday 11p-7a (Additional 3rd shift coverage as needed).
And one employee for 3rd shift (32hrs minimum).
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various residential or commercial settings, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and presentation. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. Prior experience in cleaning, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn and grow within the field.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through proper floor care techniques such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing
- Ensure all guest rooms or designated spaces meet cleanliness standards in accordance with company policies
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow safety procedures during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Adhere to established protocols for industrial cleaning or custodial tasks when applicable
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks including inventory control and scheduling support
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, hospitality, or related fields such as hotel experience or custodial work
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Prior experience in housekeeping management is advantageous but not mandatory
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
