FUNBOX is looking for an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead our Bowie, MD park. If you're passionate about leading teams, delivering amazing guest experiences, and driving business results in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
As the General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of park operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, revenue growth, birthday party performance, safety, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20–50 employees.
- Drive revenue through admissions, birthday parties, events, and merchandise.
- Manage the park's P&L, labor budgets, and operational costs.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all operating procedures.
- Build partnerships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations.
- Create a positive, high-performance culture where both guests and team members love to be.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of General Management experience in hospitality, family entertainment, retail, fitness, or a similar high-volume environment.
- Experience managing P&L, labor, and team performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Passion for creating memorable experiences for kids and families.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
