Alora Supports is seeking compassionate, self-motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Caregivers, and Direct Care Workers to provide one-on-one support and companionship to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).

Paid training and ongoing support is provided to help our team succeed and maintain exemplary standards!

Position Details - Job Description
- Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities.
- Assist with daily living activities, personal goals, and skill development.
- Support community participation, social engagement, and independence.
- Build positive, professional long term relationships with participants and their families.
- Help individuals live meaningful, self-directed lives.
Qualifications- Must be at least 19 years old.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check.
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to helping others succeed.
