Northwestern Mutual -Evansville is hiring a Client Account Coordinator to join our growing firm! This role is an integral part of our team, by being responsible for all aspects of the setting up and servicing investment accounts. The responsibility of the Client Account Coordinator is to provide investment service support and an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the investment accounts
- Assisting the Financial Advisor with setting up and servicing investment accounts
- Provide investment service support and an excellent client experience
- Partner with the Financial Advisors to optimize financial processes and provide administrative support for investment accounts
- Manage client process from acquisition through account opening. Gathering data, preparing paperwork, obtaining signatures, and ensuring a seamless experience for the client.
Qualifications
- Background in financial services, investment managing, or similar background preferred: 1year (Preferred)
- Bachelor's degree: (Preferred)
- Experience in administrative support or customer service, preferably in the financial services and/or insurance industry
- Overall understanding of processing and knowledge on investments
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of calls/case load with the greatest possible degree of accuracy.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to welcome change and embrace continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide options
