Pay: Pay depends on the technician's level of experience, knowledge, drive, punctuality, and skills.
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday; Request you be available evenings and weekends as necessary, especially during the peak Summer and Winter seasons

Position: To be able to diagnose and complete service calls as well as installations on a variety of residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems; must offer the customer a high-quality experience. Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly with crew lead.
Technician needs to be confident with his work and ensure to provide the best service and superior customer service.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift and carry 50lbs
- Prioritizes honesty and integrity
- Professional appearance and hygiene
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HVAC Residential Installation/Service experience
- Trade School Diploma
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Base Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour
